What size dog is this for?
Best for small and medium dogs — roughly 5 to 40 lb. The ball is 52 mm / 2.05" across, about the size of a tennis ball. Giant breeds or aggressive chewers should use it only under close supervision.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 3 hours of active play per charge. It charges via USB-C (cable included). A red light means low battery, blue means charging, and green means fully charged.
Is it safe if my dog chews on it?
The shell is food-grade silicone and wear-resistant for normal play and nudging, but it's not an indestructible chew toy. If your dog is an aggressive chewer, supervise play and remove it before it gets damaged.
Can I leave it running unattended?
We don't recommend it. The Smart Ball is designed for short, supervised play sessions. Keep an eye on your dog, especially the first few times.
How do I clean it?
Twist the shell closed, then wipe the outside with a damp cloth and a little pet-safe soap. Don't submerge it in water — the electronics inside aren't waterproof.
